My Massive Weight-loss No-No

I’m all for taking in weight reduction products and vitamin supplements however there’s one weight-loss method that I’ll never do: using laxatives to lose weight. According to a number of authorities, extended laxative ingestion can induce looseness of the bowels, dehydration and bowel irregularity. Even though I wish to lose weight in 2 weeks, I am not that determined to do something that stupid. Doing interval training workouts is still the best exercises to lose weight for me and I’m shedding pounds gradually while building muscle simultaneously. Neat huh?
